How to Make It
- Boil pasta in salted water until soft.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add flour and cook briefly.
- Pour milk slowly and stir continuously.
- Add cheese and mix until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and creamy.
